Pricing FAQ
How much is one New Year AI video?
One HD video costs $2.99 on its own, $2.33 each in the Family Pack ($6.99 for 3) or about $1.50 each in the Party Pack ($14.99 for 10). Sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Is there a free option?
Yes: your first preview is free (one per account, 480p, watermarked, watch on the site). HD videos are paid per video.
Is there a watermark?
Only on the free preview. Paid HD videos have no watermark and download as MP4.
Do credits expire?
No. Video credits never expire. 1 credit = 1 HD video.
Do I get a refund if a video fails?
Yes. If a video fails to generate, its credit (or your free preview) is returned automatically.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credit from that pack: email support@newyearaivideo.com with your account email and order date. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
Will the HD video match my preview?
HD is a new 10-second 720p render of the same photo and scene, so it can look a little different from the 6-second preview. If an HD render fails, the credit comes back automatically.
Is there a subscription?
No. All packs are one-time payments. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
