These Terms govern your use of New Year AI Video at newyearaivideo.com ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.
What the service does
You upload one photo and the service uses third-party AI models to generate a short vertical (9:16) New Year video, such as a "Goodbye 2026, Welcome 2027" transition. AI output varies: the same photo can give different results, and details such as the numbers, hands or background may not always be perfect.
Your photos and content
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who gave you permission. Do not upload photos of minors.
- Do not upload sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, or photos meant to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone, including public figures.
- You keep the rights you have in your photo. You give us a limited licence to process it only to create your video.
- You may use the videos you generate for personal and social-media posting. You are responsible for how you use them.
Free preview, credits and payments
- Each account can make one free preview (about 6 seconds, 480p, watermarked, watch on the site only). Free previews are also limited per network and per day, and require a human check.
- HD videos (10 seconds, 720p, 9:16, no watermark, MP4) cost 1 video credit each. Credits are sold in one-time packs, never expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- If a video fails to generate, its credit or free preview is returned automatically.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD; sales tax may be added at checkout.
Retention
Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours. Generated files are deleted 14 days after they are created. We are not responsible for videos you did not download in time.
Abuse limits
We may limit, pause or refuse generation (for example rate limits, daily caps, human checks or blocking a network) to prevent abuse, and we may close accounts that break these Terms.

Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
